This is for traveling notary services within our service area that require less than 6 notary stamps. This rate does not include correctional facility or airport service. This is for us to provide a signature witness for documents that need one. Most of our witnesses are Notary Publics who are on call and have agreed to assist in a non-notarial capacity upon request. We pay our witnesses a fair rate for their time and hold them to the same standards. Please add this to your mobile notary rate if you need a signature witness.
This service is offered to Title Companies. The fee includes securing two copies of the documents, meeting the borrower at their location and ensuring that all documents are properly executed. Documents are scanned back upon request and overnighted. We offer a satisfaction guarantee and will resolve discrepancies should they occur. We can match you with a Notary who is experienced and Certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) and carries Errors and Omissions insurance.
This service is for travel to Ohare or Midway (MDW) airport to notarize permission to travel affidavits. This is considered an emergency service and a $50 non refundable deposit is required. The turnaround time is approximately 90 minutes within the time your deposit is received. Please note that the notary is not authorized to go beyond the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security checkpoint.

Once you schedule an appointment, our customer service representative will send your contact information to an available Notary who will reach out to you to introduce themselves and confirm. We ask that you have a current United States Passport, State Drivers License, United States Military I.D. card or State Identification ready to present to the Notary. They will inspect your identification to ensure that it is authentic and that it belongs to you. Your notary is required to enter information from your identification into a notary journal which is stored in a secure location. In some instances, your notary may document your thumbprint in their notary journal. We ask that you do not sign any documents until the Notary instructs you to do so. After your identification has been authenticated, the notary will ask you to sign the documents in their presence. To help prevent fraud, our notaries do not notarize documents with blank fields. You may be asked to fill in or cross out any blank fields in your document. After service has been completed, the notary will collect payment. We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If there are any errors or omissions related to the notarization of your documents, we will correct them at no extra cost to you.
