What to Expect
Once you schedule an appointment, our customer service representative will send your contact information to an available Notary who will reach out to you to introduce themselves and confirm. We ask that you have a current United States Passport, State Drivers License, United States Military I.D. card or State Identification ready to present to the Notary. They will inspect your identification to ensure that it is authentic and that it belongs to you. Your notary is required to enter information from your identification into a notary journal which is stored in a secure location. In some instances, your notary may document your thumbprint in their notary journal. We ask that you do not sign any documents until the Notary instructs you to do so. After your identification has been authenticated, the notary will ask you to sign the documents in their presence. To help prevent fraud, our notaries do not notarize documents with blank fields. You may be asked to fill in or cross out any blank fields in your document. After service has been completed, the notary will collect payment (some services require prepayment). We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If there are any errors or omissions related to the notarization of your documents, we will correct them at no extra cost to you.
